Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with their original packaging. Because all our items are made to order returns incur a 40% restocking fee calculated from the item's full price.

My partner loved his earrings. No complaint other than trying to replace the 5 dangle that’s been lost. Trying to get customer service replace them has been a hassle. They wants pictures and etc when I’ve sent them my order number and the entire screenshot of which set I ordered but no success. I may have to re order the entire earring or if luck happens find a place I can just order the dangle “5” from without having to order a complete new set.
