Shipping policy

Once your order is complete, our team start to prepare it for shipping, this can take between 10-12 business days depending on the items ordered. Your order is then picked up by the courier for delivery, it takes 2-3 business days for U.S and 1-3 business days for UK orders to be delivered. For international shipping please refer to the options specified at checkout.

Be worry-free and select our offered shipping insurance, Route Shipping Protection, with your next purchase. 

This will secure your package during its journey. By selecting Route, your purchase is insured and covered for any lost, stolen, or broken items while in transit. 

Please note, without choosing Route, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged pieces. Why sit there and worry. 

The ship out date varies from product to product according to stock and personalisation. The shipping date is specified on every product page ( Ships on: ##/##/## ). Please note that the shipping date refers to the date the product ships out of our warehouse.

After your order is done processing (10-12 business days) you’ll receive a second email, containing the tracking information of your item.

If your order tracking information shows your order is currently in Pre-shipment, it means your order is being prepared for shipping, this can take 10-12 business days depending on the items ordered. 

Sure! We ship worldwide, all international shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.

Shipping address in your order can only be changed not more than 48 hours after the time of purchase.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with their original packaging. Because all our items are made to order returns incur a 40% restocking fee calculated from the item's full price.

Returns are free of charge in the US, but we’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the US are to be paid for by the customer and may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this point we are unable to cancel any order, but you’ll be able to return it after receiving it.

Route Insurance can only be refunded within the first 24 hours. Following the mentioned time frame, there will be no cancellations or refunds of any kind of this product. 

Doesn't fit? No worries, we'll resize your item. Please note that resizing applies only to silver ring. (resizing fee : 20.00$)

*Please note that we can't resize 18k Gold Plated Items, it would already ruin the outer plating surface causing the gold/silver plating to flake off heavily.

We offer free repairs on items within 14 days of delivery. If it has been more than 14 days, please contact us at to receive the applicable rates for repair.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Gold plated items are made with sterling silver and coated with a strong layer of 18k gold  being electrically charged onto the sterling silver.

Ethically sourced diamonds are diamonds that have fair humanitarian mining practices when it comes to wages and conditions when sourcing for raw diamonds. 

We only work with Kimberly process certified suppliers, meaning all their diamonds are regulated, conflict free and comply with UN regulations.
