It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
After your order is done processing (5-7 business days) you’ll receive a second email, containing the tracking information of your item.

If your order tracking information shows your order is currently in Pre-shipment, it means your order is being prepared for shipping, this can take 5-7 business days depending on the items ordered.
Shipping address in your order can only be changed not more than 48 hours after the time of purchase.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Returns are free of charge in the US, but we’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the US are to be paid for by the customer and may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this point we are unable to cancel any order, but you’ll be able to return it after receiving it.
Doesn't fit? No worries, we'll resize your item. Please note that resizing applies only to silver ring. (resizing fee : 20.00$)
Simply contact us within 14 days via e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping label, we will re-size and re-ship your ring at no extra cost!
*Please note that we can't resize 18k Gold Plated Items, it would already ruin the outer plating surface causing the gold/silver plating to flake off heavily.

We offer free repairs on items within 14 days of delivery. If it has been more than 14 days, please contact us at email@example.com to receive the applicable rates for repair.
